She and her sister are biracial.
Since when?!
I wouldn’t pay any attention to comments like these. Some of the people who comment on this site are either racist or too stupid to even acknowledge.
True, where all racially mixed. I watched a documentary how humans race evolved and how we became who we are today!
R U sayin’ we all come from Africa? make’s me wanna say…. uhhhmmm
Yes, :) whether one likes it or not. People are intimidated by the truth.
You left out her African ancestry thru more than one line. The Maltese name was Manuel Marchel and his wife was an African. They left a slew of free mulatoes (Isabel Marchal) listed in the Spanish West Florida archives.
There is also her ancester Maragret Ard and Nancy strickland who both were Free women of color in the Pike County 1850 Census.

@Mwata Yero, I want to take this moment to say how grateful I am for you! Jamie Lynn Spears and Britney Spears are on ethnic celebs daily feeling sad that no one is acknowledging their African heritage and it takes a lot of courage to say that it was left out. Remember what is popular isn’t always right and what is right isn’t always popular. Keep up the good work! Sincerely, Bearboy
What does this make her?
