Gregory’s paternal grandfather is Gregory Diaz (the son of Gregorio Diaz and Maria Irene Vazquez). Gregorio was the son of Eduardo Diaz De Leon and Leonarda Ayala y Lazu.

Gregory’s maternal grandmother is named Mary Rivera (the daughter of Maria Dolores Quinones).
