Chris has stated that he has Pamunkey Native American ancestry. It is not clear if this Native American ancestry has been verified/documented.

All Black Americans are Mixed. The case is than they don’t consider themselves mixed. Why do you think there are so many skin tones of African Americans. Even darker skin ppl ex Oprah, Chris Tucker, NeYo etc. Heck most “mixed” ppl I know don’t even consider themselves mixed.

Of course it matters. It shows up in his appearance. He definitely looks mixed, as does Rihanna who is also 1/4 white.
