Boti Bliss is an American actress. She is known for her roles on the series CSI: Miami, and in the films Ted Bundy and National Lampoon Presents Dorm Daze.

She was raised by her mother and stepfather in a tepee near Aspen, Colorado. She is married to director, writer, and cinematographer Blair Hayes, with whom she has a son.

Boti’s paternal grandfather likely was surnamed Ognacevic.

Boti’s maternal grandfather was John Henry “Jack” Bliss (the son of John Henry Bliss and Elizabeth Emily Self). Boti’s grandfather John was born in Minnesota.
