His maternal grandparents were most likely Leslie Witco and Francis/Frances Pulvermacher. Leslie was the son of Isaac Witco and Bessie Caplan. Frances was the daughter of Aaron Pulvermacher and Rose Elster.

I can’t remember where I found this, but I obviously wasn’t able to say for certain if these were your grandparents, I just suspected it. I’m not that great at UK genealogy. I’m not sure if I would be of any use to you going further up the family tree.

There’s likely a relation to Brandon Flynn (https://ethnicelebs.com/brandon-flynn), given that he’s also descended from a Pulvermacher family that moved from around Poland to England.
I can’t find Aaron Pulvermacher’s parents with certainty. Flynn’s great-great-great-grandparents were Morris Pulvermacher and Rachel.
