She most probably has distant Irish / Scottish ancestry but as can be seen from the link she seems to be mostly of English and Danish descent.
Hi follers – Sweeney is originally an Irish sept that went to Scotland and then returned to Ireland in the 14th century. The people carrying that name were Gallowglass who were of Norse/Gael origin that went to Ireland as mercenaries to fight for Irish chieftans.

I think anyone with the surname Sweeney would have both Irish and Scottish ancestry.
Well with that particular name they moved from Ireland to Scotland and back again. The Sweeneys would also most likely have Viking descent as they were Gallowglasses. Some Irish and Scottish surnames have quite a good genealogy. Ireland was one of the first countries to introduce surnames.

The West coast of Scotland and Ireland have a very entwined history due to people moving back and forth between the two areas. The east coast of Scotland and the lowlands of Scotland have less a connection to Ireland historically.
In the past the Irish and Scottish lived in clans so surnames can be used to trace ancestry.
Why “German” was ed to Am ancestry list??
Where have founded German ancestry?!
Correction
She looks very Celtic, but if she’s a natural blond that PROBABLY (but not absolutely) comes from her Scandinavian (Danish, Norweigan, German) side.
90 % of her ancestors from British Islands and others 10 or even elss of Danish heritage
