Ali has a son, actor, director, and filmmaker Josh Evans, with her former husband, film producer and studio executive Robert Evans. Robert was of Russian Jewish descent. Josh Evans is married to singer and musician Roxy Saint.

Ali MacGraw’s father was half Irish and 1/16th French. Paternal grandfather: Augustus Proal MacGraw (1880-1916) New Jersey, was the son of RIchard MacGraw (1837) and Lidie R. MacGraw (1845). Richard was the son of Nicholas P. McGraw and Elizabeth A. Proal. (1809). Elizabeth was the daughter of Pierre Proal, who was French and Mary Anne Phillips (New Jersey).
Paternal grandmother was Elizabeth Everett (1880) (New York). Her mother was Ellen Burke. Ellen was the daughter of Irish parents Mary and Thomas Burke. I believe Ellen’s husband (and Ali MacGraw’s great-grandfather) was John Everett who was Irish as well.

Many white Australian women with recent Aboriginal ancestry look like that.
I think she looks American Indian. American Indian faces age much faster than any other ethnicity. That’s why there are so many people of American Indian descent that look much older than they really are.
