Alaska Thunderfuck is an American drag queen and singer. She appeared in the fifth season of RuPaul’s Drag Race and won the second season of RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars.

Her father, Andrew Emile Honard, died in a motorcycle crash in 2022.

Alaska’s paternal grandfather was Jerome C. Honard (the son of Andrew Hubert Honard and Lillian F. Dickey). Andrew’s father was born to German immigrants, from Bavaria and Alsace, respectively. His mother was three quarters German and one eighth Northern Irish, with the remainder being composed of English, Scottish, Irish, Dutch, German, and Swiss-German heritage.

Alaska’s paternal grandmother was Pierette Nadeau (the daughter of Joseph François Emile Nadeau and Marie-Louise Alice Stella Bouchard). Pierette was born in St. Leonard, New Brunswick, Canada. She was French-Canadian, and also had distant English, Dutch, and Danish ancestry.

Alaska’s maternal grandmother is Marilyn Petit (the daughter of Arthur Petit and Mary Elizabeth Uglow). Arthur’s father Charles was born in Germany, while his mother was born in Pennsylvania to German parents.
