Billy Gibbons is an American musician, singer, songwriter, producer, and actor. He is lead vocalist and guitarist of the rock band ZZ Top. Dusty Hill was also a member of the band.

Billy is the son of Lorraine Estelle (Duffy) and Frederick Royal Gibbons. He is married to Gilligan Stillwater.

His father was born in New York, to English parents.

Billy’s paternal grandfather was named William S. Gibbons.
