She has stated that her father is a rugby player from New Zealand. Her mother, whose surname was Nikolas, is of Greek descent. She is married to Michael Gray, with whom she has two children.

Interesting. I guess this reveals that she took her mother’s last name since she usually refers to her mother as “Greek mom”. Allegedly she wasn’t raised by her father who is from New Zealand.
Is there a reliable source regarding him being from New Zealand?
Also it seems that she adopted her mom’s last name since her dad apparently abandoned her before Alexa was born sadly. Per her Twitter as well as her Eat Predators livestream.
Okay so she confirmed in the podcast with Sloan that Nikolas is her mom’s last name and her dad essentially abandoned her before birth.
