Zhan Beleniuk is a Ukrainian Greco-Roman wrestler and politician. A member of the Servant of The People party, he has been a member of Parliament, since July 2019. He is the first Ukrainian deputy of African descent.

He was born in Kyiv, to a Ukrainian mother, Svitlana, and a Rwandan father, from the Hutu ethnic group, Vincent Ndagijimana, who was a pilot. His father died in Rwanda when he was ten.
