Yesung is a South Korean singer, songwriter, actor, radio personality, and television presenter. He is a member of boy band Super Junior, its subgroups Super Junior-K.R.Y. & Super Junior-H, as well as ballad group S.M. The Ballad. Choi Si-won and Lee Donghae have also been members of Super Junior.

He is the son of Kim Sang Gon and Im Bokyung. His family moved to Cheonan, South Chungcheong when he was ten. He has changed his name to Kim Kang-hoon.
