IRIZARRY really IS a BASQUE SURNAME, and it’s a bad transcription of IRISARRI, which is a small village in the province of Baxe Nafarroa (in Basque) or Basse Navarre (a Frenche adaptation) in the Northern BASQUE COUNTRY (under French rule).
Lil Vacha: I do not understand WHY Basque origin must not be put in his ethnicity section, as you say. It’s too obvious this is a Basque surname, like it or not.
