He is the son of Norma (Cripps), a fashion illustrator, and Neil Welliver (Neil Gavin Welliver), an artist. The surname Welliver was Wohleben several generations back, and was German.
Titus is married to Dutch model and fashion consultant Jose Stemkens. He has a daughter with his late wife Elizabeth Alexander, and two children with his former wife, actress Joanna Heimbold.
Titus’s paternal grandfather was named Ralph E. Brewer.

I thought he is part Italian
Probably because he resembles Tom Sizemore.
I never noticed this resemblance tbh. Checking Sizemore’s filmography, he has played more “Italian” roles than Welliver by far, but I see Titus as a more convincing Italian character.
