Tanoai Reed is an American stuntperson and actor. He is the stunt man for actor, producer, businessperson, professional wrestler, and professional football player Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, whom he is said to be related to.

His father is of half Samoan, and likely of half European, descent. His mother has Irish, Norwegian, and Swedish ancestry. He is married to stuntperson Suzanne Reed, with whom he has one child.

Tanoai’s paternal grandfather was named Thomas Lee “Leo” Reed. Thomas was born in Carrollton, Illinois, and is said to have been adopted by Peter Pierce Parish Reed and Louisa Ellen Reece.
