Just because he is from Ireland, does not mean he is just Irish. He looks like a quadroon not dark Irish. I think he’s probably one of those Irish who have some African ancestry. ireland has a nigerian population. When I think dark Irish I think Stuart Townsend,Colin Farrell,Catherine Zeta Jones,etc. Robert looks more like a mulatto or creole. He looks like a depigmented Trey Songz tbh.
