    you guys just act like she should be ignorant to her White Irish grandmother… reconcile with the fact that she is 30% White but she is more Black then White so she is Black..!

  2. rita says:

    She is black and a quarter white…. Is that right? Only because it is written up there ^ and some of my black friends claim that. :)

  3. tracy says:

    96% of all the modern black people living outside of Africa have been mixed at some point, I dont even know why black people bother to state mixture because every black person is mixed who left Africa as slaves, every one of them. America, Carribean, South America, it’snot about skin color either a darker black can be more mixed than a lighter black person and vice versa.
    The African slaves were raped repeatedly. Some blacks are ligther, some are darker but ALL have admixture. Its no big deal. But if both your parents are majority black then you are black period.

    • Cubanita says:

      whats wrong with you? troll. not everyone is mixed there are many africans who are mistaken as mulattos when they’re full black. there are plenty of darker people in the Caribbean and Brazil just as in western African where they come from.

    • Midnight says:

      Hey, it’s a big deal because like Whites Asians and Native Americans Blacks have lots of asmixtures. Some have more than other and if the Blacks had the look of the African than they probably be satified with calling themselves just Black but since they have other features than they are mixed. People don’t get mad when people Like Burt Reynolds and Heather Locklear claim Native heritage. People don’t get mad when people like Johnny Depp and Val Kilmar say they are mixed but let a person with a little Black in them mention another race or ethnicity watch out, how dare they!

  4. tracy says:

    The only reason they make a big deal out of her is because she is famous and pretty, talented, etc. . I am from Guyana like her mom. Rhianna is no more mixed than any of the black Carribeans, in any of the islands. In fact she is just as mixed as ALL blacks in the Western Hemisphere outside of Africa.

    • Me! says:

      that means that all Black in the Western Hemisphere of Africa are at least 30% White!.. she is not Mixed like other Blacks!! she is more Mixed cause her paternal grandmother is White..! Irish as you can read

      • Mercy says:

        @Me

        Where do you come up with this stuff?Do you actually check things out before you say them?Because all Blacks in the Western Hemisphere of Africa are not 30% white.There are many who are mixed,but to say all,that’s just ridiculous.You have no idea about the amount of mixture in other black people.

  5. Ashley says:

    Someone Answer this question for me What is a Black Person? Every so called black person in America pretty much is mixed .I’m European French,Filipino,African,and Cherokee Indian,and my skin color is a light mocha color .Technically I take more pigmentation from my African- Indian side.So If I’m mixed with all this why am I in the category (Black) African American.My hair is curly thick deep Brown Hair.
