Plenty of the initial slaves in the caribean were Irish anyway (forced to places like barbados and monserat by Oliver Cromwell) hence the similarities between the irish and caribean accent, so she could have had some irish blood way down the line anyway.

Also, the black is not always the dominant gene. Australian aboriginals black gene is not as dominant as the white European one, but yes the African and Asian genes are stronger than the European.

I am the same complexion as rihanna and have light brown eyes yes my dads family has alot different admixture in them like creole and my moms family have alot of admixture too, but all of us come in variety of differnt skin tones as do all black people, my little cousin has dark skin and hazel eyes, and her brother is my complexion with green blue hazel eyes black people come in all different colors, hair textures, and eye colors is my point I still consider her black because no black person in the U.S or many other places are a 100% black. If society sees a light skin black they think they are white get real.
