Dullard? Seriously what is this 1923?
Learn to spell.
For the ignorant people out there! I have read plenty of comments that say that lighter skin means mixed, or whatever the case may be. But the fact of the matter is, is that Black people are the most diverse in terms of skin color, we range from super light to super dark. Light eyes also doesn’t indicate that you are half white either, not saying there isn’t white somewhere down the line. Rihanna may be a quarter white or whatever, but what black person in the Carribean and in America isn’t some mixture. I myself am composed of Japanese, Puerto Rican, Irish, Scottish, Cherokee, and Black (Which is what I, and everyone else, identify me as). People you know that if Rihanna was not a celebrity and you saw her you would immediately identify her as black, because if you think about it nearly ever black person in America is mixed with something but yet we are identified as black on first sight. SO talking about her mixture is redundant to an extent and for altercations to break out for something as dullard as this is atrocious. I hope I enlightened someone. Please stop the atrocities on something so irrelevant.
A lot of people have a person of another race in their background. It’s no big deal, but Rihanna is 1/4th Irish. It’s hardly distant.
Is her paternal grandmother Irish?
Yes.
I think its cool and unique that people have mixed heritage. The world would be a boring place if we were all the same. that makes our world unique.
I agree with leanne
