Netta Barzilai is an Israeli singer and looping artist. She is the winner of the Eurovision Song Contest 2018, representing Israel.
Netta is the daughter of Einat (Ben Simon) and Erez Barzilai. Her father is of Polish Jewish and Lithuanian Jewish ancestry, and mother is of Moroccan Jewish and Libyan Jewish descent. A MyHeritage DNA test taken by Netta stated that her genetic ancestry is:

Netta’s patrilineal line can be traced back to her third great-grandfather, Kiwa Szpizajzen.
Netta’s paternal grandfather is Pinhas Barzilai (the son of Natan/Nusan/Nusyn Szpizajzen, later Barzilai, and of Tova Gitel Brunstein). Natan was a Polish Jew, from Tomaszów Lubelski, Lublin Voivodeship, and was the son of Moshe Meir Szpizajzen and Szajndla/Sheindel Szarman. Tova was also a Polish Jew, and was the daughter of Alexander Brunstein and Sarah.
Netta’s paternal grandmother was Ilana Demiel (the daughter of Michael Kozlovich, later Demiel, and of Beyla Taberski). Ilana was born in Givatayim, Tel Aviv. Michael was a Polish Jew, from Tuszyn, Łódź Voivodeship, and was the son of Gedalyahu Kozlovich and Tsila Schwartzberg. Beyla was a Lithuanian Jew, from Pandėlys, Panevėžys County, and was the daughter of Menahem Mendel Agdas and Haya Taberski.
Netta’s maternal grandfather was Rami Ben-Simon (the son of Avraham Ben Simon and Perla Hacohen). Rami was a Moroccan Jew. Avraham was the son of Mira Bardugo. Perla was the daughter of Machluf Hacohen and Simcha Bardugo.
Netta’s maternal grandmother is Dalia Galamin (the daughter of Moshe Hassan, later Galamin, and of Pnina “Luli” Seror). Delia is Libyan Jewish. Moshe was the son of Huato Hassan and Zohara. Pnina was the daughter of Benjamin Seror and Fortune Meghnagi.
