Neal Bledsoe is a Canadian and American actor, writer, and filmmaker. His roles include the films Junction, Police State, and A Soldier’s Revenge, and Christmas television films, including The Christmas Carousel and The Winter Palace.

His parents are/were American. He was raised in Seattle, Washington, and the Seattle area.

Neal’s paternal grandfather was Charles Wesley Bledsoe (the son of Howard Franklin Bledsoe and Vera B. DeWeese). Charles was born in Washington. Howard was born in Texas, the son of William H. Henry Bledsoe and Mary Lemilie Freeman. Vera was born in Washington, the daughter of William DeWeese and Georgia Hannah “Birdie” Starns.

Neal’s paternal grandmother was Marion Isabel McKenzie (the daughter of Archibald Gray McKenzie and Estelle/Estella Linnea Erickson). Marion was born in Washington. Archibald was born in Minnesota, to Scottish parents, David McKenzie and Euphemia Gray. Estelle was born in Nebraska, to parents from Sweden, Håkan Erickson and Emma Sophia Johnson.
