Memphis Depay is a Dutch professional footballer. He plays as a forward for La Liga club Atlético Madrid and the Netherlands national team. He has also played for PSV Eindhoven, Manchester United, Lyon, and Barcelona. He is also known as Memphis.

Memphis was born in the small southern Dutch village of Moordrecht, the son of a Ghanaian father and a Dutch mother, who separated when he was four. He is a Christian.
