She has Kabyle ancestry as well too? Or is she related to the Pied-Noirs of Algeria ?
Lelouf happens to be a French surname. Otteia is a very weird spelling that seems to not exist anywhere. The other option is that this couple is Sephardi Jewish.
Georgette’s race was listed as French in the document I linked. As andrew said, the surname Otteia is basically non-existent so it’s hard to tell what its origin is. Georgette was probably part French but if entirely or not is unclear.
She is extremely beautiful, girls who are part black put all other girls to shame. Mixed kids should encourage black and whites to stop race wars.
She looks very Dominican or Brazilian. She could also pass for Moroccan. Very pretty. From what I know her father is not mixed race, he is fully black. Her mother is Irish and Italian. Shes definitely an even mixture of both.
Irish genes are very strong as well. Most children with an African parent and Irish parent come out favoring their Irish side alot more.
I thought so too and it makes sense because most Brazilians/Dominicans have European and African ancestry like her.
Joseph Paul Dallava was the son of Domenico Dall’Ava and Rosina Tulpo from Nogarole Vicentino, Veneto.
