Luisa Värk is an Estonian singer and politician. She was elected to the Riigikogu, for the Reform Party. She is also known as Luisa Rõivas.

Luisa is the daughter of Eve (Sujev) and Ülo Värk. She is married to politician Taavi Rõivas, who is the 16th Prime Minister of Estonia, with whom she has three children.

Luisa’s patrilineal ancestry can be traced back to her fourth great-grandfather, Juhan.

Luisa’s paternal grandfather was Uno Värk (the son of Johannes Värk and Leida Leesik). Johannes was the son of Jaan Värk and Maria Hiir. Leida was the daughter of Adam Leesik and Reet Tamm.

Luisa’s paternal grandmother is Juta Saarmann (the daughter of Jaan Saarmann and Elgaana “Elli” Sirel). Juta was born in Turutare/Kingo, Mäe II küla, Sangaste vald, Valgamaa. Jaan was the son of Aleksander Saarmann and Kristiine Saarmann. Alexander and Kristiine were both born with the same surname. Elgaana was the daughter of Ott Sirel and Anna Arak.

Luisa was born one day before singer Kerli was born in Elva.
