Luciana Bozán Barroso
Place of Birth: Salta, Argentina
Date of Birth: 1976
Ethnicity: Argentinian
Luciana Bozán Barroso is the wife of American actor Matt Damon. She is Argentinian, and a former bartender. She has four children, including three with Matt.
Barroso is the surname of a former husband.
She is sometimes described on the internet as having Italian grandparents. It is not clear if this is accurate.
she has visible non european traits.
I suppose that she is mestiza, between aboriginal and Spanish because in the north of Argentina it’s more common to see women and men like her
Sorry but this by far looks like the most idiotic answer I have read. She looks as indigenous as the man in the moon!! It is very clear that she is probably mostly of Spanish decent and perhaps some Italian. Where did you even get a assumption like that. You clearly need to study what indigenous people of Argentina look like. Oh here is a hint. Perhaps this will help. SHe does not even look meztiza. Please!! There are many Argentnian people of full Spanish or Spanish and Italian or Italian or other Euro mix or ancestry. I have cousins there that are pure Spaniards. Here is what an indigenous man looks like from there!!

It’s very clear that she is surely mostly of Arab decent on Spanish adopted heritage and nothing of Italian only a non Euro like you can say it you don’t know these two races.
Only a non white can say she’s Euro she has nothing of it.
She can be mestiza for sure due to her colors and features.
-Barroso is her first husband’s surname
-She was born under “Bozán” which is an intriguing one. It may be a variation of an Italian surname (see this actress:
..(see this actress:https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Olinda_Boz%C3%A1n) though nothing is certain. The surname also exists in a plethora of other countries according to forebears site.
Given her physical appearence and place of birth (Salta is an Andean town) she is easily part Amerindian.
I live in Italy and this surname doesn’t exist it’s typically Spanish don’t put Italian on everybody like you always do.
Bozan is not “typically” Spanish. It may be from Bozzani, Bazzani etc.
There are mestizos with Italian ancestry in South America.
Again don’t say it the surname isn’t of my country whilst it looks British https://www.houseofnames.com/bozan-family-crest
or Turkish https://forebears.io/surnames/bozan
and even Croatian on different accent https://actacroatica.com/en/surname/Bo%C5%BEan/
According to various websites she was raised by her “Italian grandparents” after her parents divorced.
Obviously she is multi-racial given that also Italian immigration to Argentina was from North Italy where nobody look like that.
This surname still isn’t Italian don’t insist.
It’s possibly a variation of Bozzani, Bazzani etc
It’s probably sure is Slav/Turkish.
Argentinian is not an ethnicity. Change or remove this
