Larry Drake was an American actor and comedian. He is known for his title role in the horror-comedy Dr. Giggles (1992), for co-starring in the Darkman films, and for his two time Emmy-winning performance on L.A. Law.

Larry was the son of Lorraine Ruth (Burns) and Raymond John Drake, an oil company drafting engineer.

Larry’s paternal grandfather was William/Will Griffin Drake (the son of John Griffin Drake and Permelia/Pamelia Ann/Amell Bolton). William was born in Texas. John was the son of Richard Sparks Drake and Lenora Caroline Wharton. Permelia was the daughter of Evan William “Bill” Bolton and Frances Jane Parker.

Larry’s paternal grandmother was Florence Elizabeth “Lizzie” Martin (the daughter of Benjamin Luther “Ben” Martin and Martha A. L. E. “Mattie” Cosby/Cozby). Lizzie was born in Arkansas.
