Krista Allen is an American model and actress.

She has a son with her former husband, production manager and producer Justin Morritt.

Krista’s paternal grandfather was named Roy Areatus Allen, Jr. (the son of Roy Areatus Allen, Sr. and Helen). Krista’s grandfather Roy was born in Texas.

Krista’s paternal grandmother was Ima Jean Flenniken (the daughter of Herbert Marvin Flenniken and Mary Ellen Dickinson). Ima was born in Texas. Mary Ellen was the daughter of The Rev. Samuel Abel Dickinson and Laura Ann Finley.

Krista’s maternal grandfather was named Antone Pacheco “Tony” Raposa. Antone’s were from St. Michael, Azores.

Krista’s maternal grandmother was Mary Elizabeth Nolan (the daughter of Martin Joseph Nolan and Bertha Blanche Simmons).

Through her maternal grandmother’s genealogy, Krista is descended, at least twice, from Elizabeth Key Grinstead, a woman born in the 1600s, to a white English father and a black slave mother. Elizabeth was the first woman of African ancestry in the Colonies to successfully sue for her own emancipation from slavery. If the genealogy is accurate, it would make Krista of 3/4096 African ancestry (through those lines).

OM-that’s cool that she has black ancestry. To be honest, I don’t care. She’s hot!! Period.

You can’t say that the “black” has been washed away because it was distant. Trust me, take that black ancestor out of the picture and she wouldn’t have even existed!!

I liked her before, and still do. So what? You may not even know it but you could have black in you!?!? Really wanna do the test, go down to a main University in your State and have a swab taken from your mouth… The labs will run tests and highlight your ancestry for you…. I think you might be shocked!
