Kenny Loggins is an American singer, songwriter, and guitarist.

Kenny is the son of Lina and Robert Loggins. He has three children, including singer and songwriter Crosby Loggins, with his former wife Eva Ein; and two children with his former wife, therapist Julia Cooper.

Kenny is a second cousin of singer and songwriter Dave Loggins.

Kenny’s paternal grandfather was Harry Vivian Loggins (the son of Franklin Pierce “Frank” Loggins and Martha Tibbit). Harry was born in Illinois. Kenny’s great-grandfather Franklin Pierce was the son of John W. Loggins and Elizabeth Ann Sanders. Martha was an English immigrant.

Kenny’s paternal grandmother was Anastasia Marie “Stasia” Grimes (the daughter of Francis “Frank” Grimes and Elizabeth/Mae “Eliza” Delaney). Anastasia was born in Colorado, to Irish parents.

Kenny’s maternal grandfather was Enrico Luigi Massimiani (also known as Henry Louie Massie, the son of Gaetano Massimiani and Maria Martini). Enrico was Italian, from Avezzano, Abruzzo.

Kenny’s maternal grandmother was Cecelia Di Clemente (the daughter of Gaetano Di Clemente and Raeffaela Bernardino). Cecelia was Italian, from Avezzano, Abruzzo. She had some roots in Roscigno, Salerno, Campania.
