Josh Ruben is an American actor and filmmaker. He has written, directed, and starred in the film Scare Me, directed the film Werewolves Within, and co-directed Death to 2021. He also starred in the film A Wounded Fawn.
His maternal half-sister is singer, songwriter, and pianist Rachael Yamagata.
Josh’s paternal grandfather was Irving Saul Ruben/Rubinstein (the son of Harry Rubinstein and Mary/May Weinbrown). Irving was born in New York, to Jewish parents from Poland, under Russian Empire.
