John is the son of Loretta Donna, a bathing suit model, and William John Stamos, a restaurateur. His father was of Greek heritage, with roots on the island of Santorini. His mother was of one quarter Ashkenazi Jewish and one quarter German descent, with the rest a mix of English and Irish. The family’s original surname is Stamatopoulos. I see the greek in him. However I thought he was Italian.
he looks like Dean McDermott
Addendum: that’s not John’s real nose, he had a Dinarid/Armenoid influenced nose, but got a rhinoplasty.
I would like to see what his father looks like — however I couldn’t find any pictures of him.
he is greek definitely. his surname is purely greek. he does look irish, maybe english, but i could have mistaken him as a greek/irish/italian
He has blue eyes, which isn’t too common in Greece, probably would say 85% of Greeks have brown eyes, with the rest colored.
He can pass as fully Greek, however he looks a non-Greek influenced.
