Jhené Aiko is an American pop and R&B singer and songwriter. She is the daughter of Karamo Chilombo (born Gregory Wycliff Barnes) and Christina Yamamoto. Her sister is singer Mila J. Jhené’s parents are pictured here. Jhené has a daughter with R&B singer O’Ryan, who is the brother of singer and actor Omarion; and a son with her partner, rapper Big Sean.
Jhené’s paternal grandparents were both African-American. Jhené’s maternal grandfather is of Japanese descent, while Jhené’s maternal grandmother is of African-American and Louisiana Creole [African, French] ancestry.

Jhené has stated that her father also has German Jewish and Native American ancestry. It is not clear if this ancestry has been verified/documented. Her DNA result contains no obvious indicators of Jewish ancestry. Her DNA result does match 3% Native American roots.
It is also said that Jhené has Dominican Republic ancestry. This does not appear to be accurate.
Jhené has also stated that her black paternal grandparents were “mixed;” which is true, to some extent, of most people of African-American descent. All of Jhené’s paternal grandparents and great-grandparents are listed as black on United States Censuses.

Jhené’s paternal grandfather is George Warren Barnes (the son of George Washington “Jack” Barnes and Ruth Alberta Williams). Jhené’s grandfather George was born in Birmingham, Alabama, to a father from Alabama and a mother from Georgia.
Jhené’s paternal grandmother is Helen Viola Chisholm (the daughter of George A. Chisholm and Helen Imelda Duff). Jhené’s grandmother Helen was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Helen is pictured here and here. George was born in Pennsylvania, to Nelson Chisholm and Sally/Sallie Jane Green. Looks like a regular Blasian. I don’t see the Latina in her. Rita Ora and Cher Lloyd are prettier. Eurasians look better like Chrissy Teigen.
Chrissy Teigan looks like a dog, she is very ugly especially for an EurAsian. Most of them are attractive, she is not.

What don’t see isn’t always because something not is. She is considered some part of Latina because her grandfather had some Spanish and so did her mother. Spanish is a latin language and most Dominicans have Spanish blood because they land was conquered by Spain.
Her father looks like he has significant european admixture. She is at least a quarter Japanese since her Grandfather is Japanese. And her grandmother is Spanish and afro Dominican. Her Mother from that pic certainly looks part Asian.
She is mostly Black with Asiatic features. She doesn’t look really mixed or Latina. She’s overhyped and some people act like she’s the next it girl or something when she’s a generic version of Cassie but Cassie is prettier. Some of her songs are good but she ain’t all that IMO.

I was talking about complexions of some asian people. Can you read? Asians complexions very from pale skin/white to dark brown. I didn’t say Asians look white, I said their complexions can be white. Learn to read honey.
Actually some Asians can get the color of charcoal. But I’m going to assume you mean the East and Southeast Asians, not the Asians from West, Central, or South Asia (which are usually of the Eurasian and Caucasian variety).
