I agree. His mother is from the Santa Catarina coast, which is mainly populated by Azorean Portuguese descendants mixed with German and Italian, and I don’t think his father has partial Japanese or Native American roots.
His mother’s name is Maria Costa Lachowski. Costa is a very common Portuguese surname.
His nose bridge is low set, his skin tone and his eyes look exoticly shaped and are kind wide set.
