Joseph “Joe” Fackler and Nora Busk. Evelyn was born in Ohio, the son of Emmor Harrison Kelly and Anna B. Rickard.

Dustin’s maternal grandmother was Donna L. Phillips (the daughter of Wilse Terry Phillips and Vera Mae Lydick). Donna was born in Oklahoma. Wilse was born in Oklahoma, the son of James Thomas Phillips and Marietta Georgia Buffington. Vera was born in Oklahoma, the daughter of Earl Clay Lydick and Lillian Porter Glover.
