Darren Criss and Alexis Knapp are 6th cousins through their common ancestor Artemas Bartlett, 1774-1835.

Ecuadorian or Cuban aren not ethnicities. She has white blood on her mother side too, Romo and Leraul are surnames that come to Spain and France respectively, so she is Spanish-French on her mother side (with Ecuadorian and Cuban nationality).
Do not always make the same mistake, please!

Before anyone goes “Oh, she’s Latina”, keep in mind she was born and raised in the US. It’s unlikely she was educated as a Latina, which is a culture.

agreed, people think ethnicity is the same nationality or they commonly get the two mistaken and can’t work out the differences, like classing someone who’s a few generations american with some asian ancestry as an “asian” when they weren’t born, raised nor have they even been to asia

Yeah we Latin Americans don´t considerer an American with Latin American anscendency to be latino, at least if they don´t speak a Latin derivated language. Latin is about culture and the most important of that is language. For exmaple, nobody in Latin America will call Selena Gomez, America Ferrerra, Eva Longoria or Jessica Alba as latinas.May be Pitbull, only because he speak a good Spanish and still have a very strong conection with Latin countries.
