Tim Howard is an American professional soccer player. He played for the North Jersey Imperials, the New York Red Bulls, MLS Pro-40, Manchester United, Everton, the Colorado Rapids, and Memphis 901, and the U.S. national team.

He is the son of Eszter/Esther and Matthew Howard. His father is American, and is African-American. His mother is Hungarian, and white. Tim holds U.S. and Hungarian citizenship. He is a devout Christian.

Tim has two children with his former wife Laura Cianciola Howard.
