Chris Trousdale was an American singer and actor. He was a member of pop boy band Dream Street, along with Matt Ballinger, Frankie J. Galasso, Jesse McCartney, and Gregory Raposo.

He was the son of Helena Pask and William Sakelson. His parents owned a marina. His father was born in Pennsylvania, to Greek parents. His mother re-married to Wayne Trousdale, and Chris was partly raised in Dearborn, Michigan.

Chris’s paternal grandfather was James Anagnostis Sakelson/Sakelliadies (the son of Papa George Sakeliades and Presvitera Pothete). James was born in Kárpathos, Dodecanese, Southern Aegean, Greece. Papa George was the son of Papa Sakeli Sakeliades and Prevetera.

Chris’s paternal grandmother was Sofia/Sophia/Sophie J. Baritis/Barites (the daughter of Stalmatis Barites and Fotini Kountou Barities Varika). Sophie was born in Kárpathos, Dodecanese, Southern Aegean, Greece.
