Elias Koteas is a Canadian actor of film and television. His roles include the films Some Kind of Wonderful, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Movie (1990), The Adjuster, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III, Exotica, The Prophecy (1995), Crash (1996), Fallen (1998), Living Out Loud, The Thin Red Line, Collateral Damage, Harrison’s Flowers, Ararat, Zodiac, Shooter, Skinwalkers, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, and Shutter Island, and Alvin “Al” Olinsky on the shows Chicago Fire, Chicago P.D., Chicago Med, and Chicago Justice.

His parents are both of Greek descent, from the Mani Peninsula. He is a fluent Greek speaker.
