Thuso Mbedu is a South African actress. She is known for her roles in the film The Woman King and on the series Saints and Sinners, Isibaya, Scandal!, Snake Park, Is’Thunzi, Shuga, Generations: The Legacy, Side Dish, The Underground Railroad, and Castlevania: Nocturne, the latter in voice performance.

Her father is of Xhosa and Sotho (ethnic group in Lesotho) descent, and her mother is Zulu. After her parents’ death, she was raised in the Pelham area by her Zulu grandmother.
