Stephanie Seymour is an American model and actress.

Her father, Conrad J. Seymour, is a real estate developer. Her mother, Margaret Ann (Pozun), is a hairstylist. Stephanie is married to industrialist, magazine publisher, film producer, and art collector Peter Brant. She has had a son with her former husband, guitarist Tommy Andrews, and three children with Peter, including socialite and model Peter Brant II and model Harry Brant.

Stephanie’s patrilineal ancestry can be traced back to her 31st great-grandfather, Goscelin de St. Maur, of St. Maur, Avranches, France.

Stephanie’s paternal grandfather was Richard Kent Seymour (the son of Millard Fillmore Seymour and Harriet/Harriett Alice Battles). Richard was born in Wisconsin. Millard was the son of Frank Seymour and Harriet Elizabeth “Hattie” Warren. Stephanie’s great-grandmother Harriet was born in South Dakota, the daughter of Charles Augustus Battles and Helen Etta Thayer.

Stephanie’s maternal grandmother was Margaret L. Bergera (the daughter of Giacomo “James” Bergera and Margherita “Margaret” Grosso). Stephanie’s grandmother Margaret was born in Colorado. Giacomo was born in San Columbano, Torino, Italy, the son of Pietro “Peter” Bergera and Celestina Telaro.
