Yes but are those Africans black Africans or Arab? There are Caucasian Africans and mixed Africans. Black refers to africans with very tightly coiled hair, broad nose, thick lips and skin ranging from light brown to dark brown. The hair texture is the most distinctive of black africans.
People who are not of the black race need to stop telling black folks what is black and what isnt. Rihanna is a BLACK woman.

My grandfather has green eyes and he’s not mixed, so you don’t have to be mixed to have colored eyes. I’ve seen plenty of dark skin black people with the type of eyes that blend into their skin almost contrast . I love when black people have colored eyes that’s when they look best.
