His roles include the films Just like a Woman, The Hunt (2020), Superintelligence, and Grimcutty, the shows Damages, Madam Secretary, Veep, A Series of Unfortunate Events, Just Add Magic, Nobodies, Suits, Lifeline, On Becoming a God in Central Florida, 68 Whiskey, and God’s Favorite Idiot, and video games, including the Uncharted franchise, Avengers, and God of War Ragnarök.

His parents are Pakistani. His father was involved in textiles trade. He was partly raised in Kenya, Botswana, Tanzania, and Pakistan. He moved to the U.S. around 2000 for college, living in Portland, Oregon.
