Pattie is the daughter of Diane M. Henry and Michael Mallette. Pattie is the mother of Canadian singer, songwriter, and actor Justin Bieber, with Jeremy Bieber.

Pattie’s paternal grandfather was Joseph Alexandre “Alex” Mallette/Mallet (the son of Felix Alfred Telesphore Mallette/Mallet and Alida Lachance). Alexandre was born in La Passe, Renfrew, Ontario. Felix was the son of Felix Mallet and Élisabeth Romain. Alida was the daughter of Alexandre-Ildephonse Lachance and Adelaide Marleau.
