Mika Zibanejad is a Swedish professional ice hockey player, DJ, and music producer. He is a centre for, and alternative captain of, the New York Rangers of the National Hockey League (NHL).

Mika was raised in Huddinge, Sweden. He is the son of Ritva and Mehrdad Zibanejad. His father is Iranian; he is a Christian, who left Iran in 1983 due to religious persecution. His mother was born in Paltamo, Finland. His half-brother is professional ice hockey player Monir Kalgoum. Mika is married to Swedish footballer Irma Helin. He speaks English, Persian, Finnish, and Swedish.
