Matthew Dellavedova is an Australian professional basketball player. He plays for Melbourne United of the National Basketball League (NBL). He was previously with the Australian Institute of Sport, the Cleveland Cavaliers, the Milwaukee Bucks, Melbourne United, and the Sacramento Kings of the National Basketball Association (NBA). In 2016, he won the NBA championship with the Cleveland Cavaliers. In 2020, he won bronze at the Tokyo Olympics with the Australian national team. He is 6′4″.

Matthew is the son of Leanne, who played netball, and Mark Dellavedova, who played Australian rules football. His surname, Dellavedova, is of Italian origin, and is often written as Della Vedova. It is not clear how much Italian ancestry Matthew has, but he is a sixth-generation Australian. He grew up in rural Australia. His same-named cousin is Australian tennis player Matthew Dellavedova.

Matthew is married to Anna Schroeder, with whom he has a son.

Matthew’s paternal grandfather is named Alan Dellavedova.
