Machiko Soga was a Japanese actress and voice-over artist. She is known for playing the original Rita Repulsa on the series Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, from 1993 to 1994, and again in 2006. Her character was known as Bandora on the Japanese show Kyōryū Sentai Zyuranger, from where the footage was taken. She was also known as Stella Soga (ステラ 曽我, Sutera Soga).
