Lyon Daniels is an American actor. He has starred on the shows Patriot and The Spiderwick Chronicles and in the film We Can Be Heroes.

His father is musician Joe Daniels, who was the drummer for, and co-founder of, rock band Local H. He was raised in Evanston, Illinois, until his family moved to Los Angeles, California, when he was a child.

Lyon’s maternal grandfather is Ronald Bell (the son of Harold Bell and Elinor Hoffman). Harold was the son of Irving Bell, who was born in Russia, and of Miriam/Marion/Marian B. Stolerow/Stolower, whose family was also from Russia.

Lyon’s maternal grandmother is Doreen Hirsch (the daughter of Harvey Hirsch and Ann Friedman).
