      It makes sense

        @Andrew

        How does that make sense?

      • midori29 says:

        @Andrew , you should really stop basing every black persons look on your narrow minded view of a West African. Africa is a huge continent, NOT every black person in Africa looks like a stereotypical Nigerian or Ghanian West African. There are thousands of looks on black Africans . There is West, Central, South and East African.

        • andrew says:

          African-Americans are genetically West-Africans with some additional North-West European , that is a fact. Don’t go off-topic.

          • midori29 says:

            @Andrew NOT every black person is An African America. I am black but I am not an African, nor am I an African American. That would be like me saying every white person was from Sweden and if they did not have blonde hair and blue eyes they are mixed. You canno ttake one part of a continent then label an entire race based upon the stereotypical ooks of one or true countries.

            ok, but Afro-Caribbeans still descend from West African slaves, not from Tuaregs, Bushmen or other African ethnic groups

            (African-Americans are genetically West-Africans )

            while that is true that during the slave trade of the 1600’s to 1800’s, the bulk were taken from West Africa. It is not true that all AA are just genetically West African. North African, East African and South African have all come here and assimilating their bloodlines into the population over time. I’ve seen DNA results from people showing their from all over the place. Even crazy Raven Symone says she’s from every continent in Africa. Tyler perry’s baby is EAST African and so on.

            (ok, but Afro-Caribbeans still descend from West African slaves, not from Tuaregs, Bushmen or other African ethnic groups)

            Although Tuaregs were notorious slave raiders themselves, they were fair game to. Some of them were taken as slave as well. Now seeing as Morgan freemen and his family are descendants of the Tuareg, I can assume some made it to the U.S. So who’s to say they didn’t make it to the Caribbean. Now as far as the CARIBBEAN GOES it’s Africa. Everybody is there , West ,North, East and South, all mingled up together. I don’t know about the bushmen, Europeans seem to like taking them to be put on display at home.

          • andrew says:

            Well I dont think many North or East Africans were enslaved, but some immigrants from these parts of the continent have been later absorbed into the AA population

            North Africans were the first slaves taken to the new world in the 1500’s, before West Africans in the 1600’s. You ever heard of Estevanico? Although other came freely like Juan Garrido. North Africans were taken from Europe as slave from places like Seville, as well as North Africa. Remember the laws I gave showing that all Berbers were classified as Negros ,and used as slaves. After England tried to band slavery in west Africa, they started to take east Africans and shipping them as replacements for the west Africans, well into the late 1800’s

            I’m not much into Moorish mitology, Estevanico reminds me of Mr T. LOL.

        But she isn’t african american either, she was born in ethiopia

    • midori29 says:

      @Capricious awe the ignorance. Ethiopians are the oldest people on earth besides the San in South Africa. So thier look came before ALL Africans and their anchient bones have the same facial and body structure. So the Indians would look mixed with Ethiopian NOT the other way around. Around the time of Pangea when the continents were connected, India was connected to EAST Southern Africa before the continental drift.

    Stop to say that !!! i’m Ethiopian!!!! Ethiopian is not ethnicity or race !!! it’s nationality !! Ethiopian are black !!! You must know that among the blacks of Africa there are many typ

    • Rekta says:

      ethiopians are semitic blacks, not pure blacks (like haile selassie).

      • fuzzybear44 says:

        @Rekta

        (ethiopians are semitic blacks)

        Ok yes some do speak a certain language, but not all of them speak it. Because Semitic is really just a language group, that many different groups speak. In Ethiopia there are about 80-100 different ethnic groups. Also every Ethiopian I’ve ever spoken to, are quick to say they are the truest blacks.

        (not pure blacks (like haile selassie).)

        Well lets take a look at that. Yes some Ethiopians have gone back and forth across that sea for thousands of years. They’ve seeded many of the populations outside of African(although those groups don’t like to admit that). Then others have back migrated over time bring with them different DNA. However they were still black people, living somewhere else didn’t changes that, and seeing how you called the Ethiopians black, must mean you recognized that. There are many groups who have outside DNA. You have the (Hausa, the kirdi groups ,the lumbee(although they entered Africa), people in the Congo, Senegal, in Guinea Bissau etc.) who all Eurasian DNA. However if you look up anyone of these groups, you would see they are black. Probably the truest Africans are the (SAN , the Hadza people, and the pygmy This isn’t my computer, or else I would give pictorial examples.

      • midori29 says:

        @Rekta, they are the purest and first blacks on earth, they came before everyone.

    last time i spoke to an Ethiopian they said they were black.
