Lisa Blunt Rochester is an American politician. A member of the Democratic Party, she has been a Member of the U.S. House of Representatives from Delaware, since January 3, 2017.
She is the daughter of Alice Latrelle Jackson, who worked in retail, and politician, educator, and athlete Ted Blunt, who was President of the Wilmington City Council, from January 8, 2001 to 2009. Her family moved to Wilmington, Delaware, in 1969. Her sister is professor Marla Blunt Carter. Lisa was married to Charles Rochester, until his death. She has two children with her first husband, professional basketball player Alex Bradley.
