Len Wiseman is an American film director, screenwriter, and producer. He has directed the films Underworld (2003), Underworld: Evolution, Live Free or Die Hard, and Total Recall (2012), and co-wrote the film Underworld: Awakening. He co-created the show Sleepy Hollow and directed episodes of the show Swamp Thing (2019).

Len was raised in a Mormon family.

Len’s paternal grandfather was Harold Watson Wiseman (the son of George Pollock Wiseman and Ada Watson). Harold was born in Utah. George was born in Oldham, Greater Manchester, England, and was the son of Jesse J. Wiseman and Anna Pollock. Ada was born in Rishton, Lancashire, England, the daughter of John Watson and Sarah.
