La La was born in Brooklyn, New York City, New York, to Puerto Rican (Nuyorican) parents. She has described herself as a “Black-Puerto Rican,” and stated:

Technically, Blue and other light features are not “Proper” genes in the first place. They pretty much shouldn’t exist in humans because of environmental factors and natural selection. They are referred to as mutations.
There isn’t just one type of “black” African. Africa is the seat of human and animal diversity. It isn’t that they don’t have them, but through continuous breeding of the same traits, the gene is not dominant and therefore does not show on their phenotype. DNA is very complex, so Genes for any phenotypic combination exist throughout everyone’s genetic code, they are recessive when not shown. Basically, everyone has the potential but the chance is rare if there are no ancestors holding the trait along the line because DNA occasionally codes itself from family members that aren’t your parents.
Just because it is a mutation it doesn’t mean it’s not a “proper” gene. Mutations have happened thoughout history. That why you have Europeans and Asians. The mutation for blue eyes only occurred in the Causcasian population. It is only about 6,000 to 10,000 years old and occurred North of the Black Sea area. Blue eyes do not occur naturally in Asian or African population only through admixture with Caucasians.

People from parts of the Sudan can be pitch black with dark blue eyes. It’s not an everyday thing but those occur in other parts of Africa.

Everyone came from Africa, even whites-so Africans have all the genetic properties already in them, recessive genes to create blue eyes and blonde hair.

Afro puerto rican is the same as African Puerto rican.. It’s a Puerto rican withAfrican descent.. The same as saying black Puerto Rican
correction; Puerto Rican is not an ethnicity as there are people in Puerto rico of European descent, Asian descent, African descent etc she looks like her ethnicity would be African and while she does have light eyes and probably has European blood in her, her hair is virtually black hair and her skin is quite dark not to mention she has big lips and a broad nose, her overall facial presentation screams African descent so I say her ethnicity should be changed to African-Puerto rican.
